These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your enrolment in any course offered by BioEnergy School of Ireland. By accessing this website or registering for a course, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Course Booking & Registration
All courses must be booked in advance through our official registration process. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of your deposit or first agreed payment.
By submitting your registration form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Payment Terms
A deposit or first payment is required to secure your place on any course.
The remaining balance must be paid in full by the date specified in your course confirmation email, unless a payment plan has been agreed in advance.
Payment plans may be offered, including through third-party providers such as Klarna, and are subject to agreement.
Failure to complete payment may result in the loss of your place and access to course materials.
3. Cooling-Off Period, Cancellations & Refund Policy
3.1 Statutory Cooling-Off Period (EU Consumer Rights)
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights legislation, customers purchasing online are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase.
This applies to full payments and payment plans, including those processed via Klarna.
The 14-day cooling-off period begins on the date the purchase or payment agreement is entered into, not the course start date.
To cancel within this period, you must notify us in writing by email.
If cancellation occurs within the 14-day cooling-off period:

Any payments made will be refunded

Non-recoverable transaction or processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted
3.2 Immediate Access to Digital Content & Training
Where access to digital content, online training materials, course portals, recordings, or live online or off line sessions is provided within the 14-day cooling-off period:
By proceeding with your purchase, you expressly request and consent to immediate access to this content.
You acknowledge that once access has been granted, you attaend a course, your statutory right to cancel may be partially or fully waived, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Where substantial access, participation, or content consumption has occurred during the cooling-off period, refunds may be reduced or declined.
3.3 Cancellations After the Cooling-Off Period
After the 14-day cooling-off period has expired:

All payments, including deposits and course fees, are non-refundable

Payment plans become legally binding and payable in full

No refunds will be issued for missed days, partial attendance, or withdrawal
In exceptional circumstances, a transfer to a future course may be considered at the discretion of BioEnergy School of Ireland. This is not guaranteed.
3.4 Klarna & Third-Party Payment Providers
Klarna is a third-party payment provider. By selecting Klarna at checkout, you also agree to Klarna’s own terms and conditions.

Any approved refund within the cooling-off period will be processed back through Klarna

Klarna fees, interest, or administrative charges are governed by Klarna and are not controlled by us

We are not responsible for Klarna’s internal repayment schedules or decisions
4. Student Responsibilities
All students are expected to:

Attend all scheduled sessions punctually and participate fully

Treat fellow students, instructors, and clients with respect and confidentiality

Commit to practising techniques ethically, responsibly, and in accordance with course teachings

Refrain from recording sessions or sharing course materials without permission
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a course without refund if their behaviour disrupts the learning environment or breaches ethical boundaries.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, manuals, recordings, and exercises provided during the course are the intellectual property of BioEnergy School of Ireland.
These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, shared, or used for teaching or commercial purposes without prior written permission.
6. Health & Medical Disclaimer
BioEnergy Therapy is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.
Courses are provided for personal development and educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes or professional success.
7. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure the quality and safety of our courses, BioEnergy School of Ireland is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during or after course participation.
Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing, decisions, and actions throughout the training and beyond.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
